The Firm

Founded in 2019 by Steven Duffy, our mission was to create an efficient and streamlined process to support clients and partners in expanding their businesses. We employ a multi-strategy approach, primarily focusing on private capital facilitation, while also exploring avenues for revenue growth, cost reduction, increased profitability, and enhanced business value. About me

With 17 years in the hospitality industry, I spent five of those managing high profile relationships at the prestigious Carlyle Hotel in New York City. Throughout my career, I have overseen, owned, and consulted for various establishments spanning restaurants, bars, clubs, and hotels. I’ve also forged strategic partnerships with key venues in New York, leveraging these alliances to drive revenue through innovative promotional events. My collaborations with esteemed brands such as Red Bull, Pernod Ricard, InBev, Diageo, Brown-Forman, and Bacardi Limited have been instrumental in enhancing brand visibility and profitability. My expertise lies in repositioning and rebranding these entities, crafting strategies to optimize operations and profitability. I have successfully raised equity and debt while orchestrating the takeover and transformation of underperforming establishments, with the aim of eventual resale or sustainable revenue streams.

For the past decade, I’ve consistently executed a strategy centered on identifying underperforming properties, raising capital for acquisition, and renovating them for resale. My portfolio spans across the Hudson Valley in NY, encompassing multifamily and single-family assets.

Since 2019, I have been spearheading a global consultancy specializing in strategic growth through business development and private capital facilitation. We typically see real results in the first 90 days but allow for 6 months to get a full view on how this will look in order to ensure a thorough assessment
of the outcomes.
